2. What cookies and similar technologies are

3. Essential technologies

Essential technologies remain available because the requested service cannot function securely without them. They are not used for advertising.

4. Google Analytics 4

When analytics is enabled, Google Analytics 4 may help us understand traffic sources, visited pages, device and browser information, approximate location and interactions with important website features. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, message content or CRM identifiers to Google Analytics.

The planned setup uses Google Consent Mode v2. Analytics storage is denied by default. If you decline, Google tags may send limited measurements without analytics cookies. Advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation remain denied because Obi Pal is not enabling advertising or remarketing through this consent choice.

5. Microsoft Clarity

After analytics is accepted, Microsoft Clarity may be used for heatmaps, scroll depth, session recordings and detection of usability issues such as repeated or unresponsive clicks. The Clarity script is not loaded before acceptance in the planned Obi Pal implementation.

_clck	Persists a pseudonymous Clarity user identifier and preferences for this site.
_clsk	Connects multiple page views into one Clarity session recording.
CLID, ANONCHK, MR, MUID, SM	Microsoft-domain identifiers and synchronisation controls that may be used by Clarity after consent.

6. Hosting and security statistics

Hosting, content-delivery and security providers may produce aggregated server or network statistics independently of optional browser analytics. These operational measurements help keep the websites available and secure and do not rely on the optional analytics choice described in this banner.

7. Accepting, declining and changing your choice

You can accept or decline analytics when the banner first appears. The websites remain usable after declining. You can reopen the choice at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. Because obi-pal.com and obipal.pro are separate top-level domains, each domain stores its own choice.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when services, purposes, retention periods or legal requirements change. A material change can increase the consent version and ask you to choose again.
